Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Eco Jones, we are committed to delivering your orders reliably, efficiently and affordably. We have partnered with BobGo, a leading South-African shipping-and-logistics platform, to provide real-time courier integration, transparent rates and seamless fulfilment nationwide. 


2. Order Processing

  • All orders placed and paid for will be processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated to begin upon dispatch:

  • Major metropolitan areas (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban): 2-4 business days

  • Regional areas: 3-5 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 5-7 business days
    Please note: These timeframes are estimates provided by BobGo via our courier partners and may vary due to external factors such as weather, logistic congestion or courier network issues.


4. Smart Shipping Rates at Checkout (Powered by Bob Go)

Eco Jones uses Bob Go’s intelligent “Rates at Checkout” system to ensure you receive the best available courier rate at the time of purchase.

Key Benefits:

  • Transparent rates displayed at checkout based on your address, weight and order value.

  • Multiple courier partners combined via BobGo selecting the most cost-effective service for you. 

  • Reduced cart abandonment thanks to accurate shipping cost visibility.

How it works:

  • At checkout, the system evaluates your delivery area, package weight/size and order value to display the correct rate.

  • If multiple rate options satisfy the criteria, the lowest rate is automatically selected. 


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are to physical street addresses within South Africa only.

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during working hours (08:00 – 17:00).

  • If the courier attempts delivery and fails, Bob Go will arrange one free re-delivery attempt. Should additional attempts be required, extra charges may apply.


6. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a tracking link when your parcel has been dispatched.

  • Tracking is provided through Bob Go’s platform, giving you visibility of your parcel’s progress. 

  • If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch notification, please contact us at info@ecojones.co.za.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Notify us at info@ecojones.co.za within 48 hours of delivery or missed delivery.

  2. We will lodge a claim with Bob Go and liaise with their courier network on your behalf.

  3. Once the investigation is complete, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Eco Jones ships only within South Africa. We are actively working to expand to neighboring countries, please stay tuned for updates.
